Podcast: Trotting Along Nicely

12th February 2018

Fulham’s winning run came to an end at the Macron stadium at the weekend, but the unbeaten streak continues as Fulham hit what will be the clutch period for this season’s promotion ambitions.

We took apart the nuts and bolts of the Bolton game, including Matty Targett’s first senior goal, Rui Fonte’s golden opportunity, another good performance from Marcus Bettinelli; and the late chances that Fulham failed to take, in stark contrast to our recent late surges.

The Bolton game was the end of Fulham’s ‘Four Game Runway’ into the ‘big six’ and we looked at the period as a whole, looking at what we’ve achieved and what needs to happen over the next month or two to remain in the picture for both playoff and automatic promotion dreams.

As ever, there’s plenty of time for questions and debate, and we take two minutes to think about how different strategies might work with the personnel at Slavisa’s disposal.
