Podcast: Fans Back, Cairney’s Evolution and Liverpool Preview

10th December 2020

We start by previewing this Sunday’s match against Liverpool at Craven Cottage, a monumental day which sees fans return to SW6 for the first time since February. We ask if Fulham can expose Liverpool’s injury problems and fatigue, plus what impact the fans in attendance could potentially have on proceedings.

Afterwards, Sammy chats to Tom Greatrex, chair of the Fulham Supporters Trust to find out how the ticket application process has been handled, and what the fans that will be in attendance can expect when they turn up either on Sunday or the following week against Brighton.

In part two, we discuss Peter’s feature piece with Tom Cairney, which looks at the skipper’s evolution in the five years he’s been at Fulham. We chat about his role in the team this season and what his aspirations are for the rest of his career.

Finally, Jack chats to Neil Atkinson from The Anfield Wrap to get a lowdown on the Reds ahead of Sunday’s match.
