Podcast: Lacking When Attacking

4th February 2021

We look back at Fulham’s defeat by Leicester City at the Cottage, as an 8 point gap opened up between ourselves and 17th place. It all means survival is looking like a thinner and thinner possibility, especially with Fulham creating so few chances.

We review Fulham’s missed opportunities and a ruthless performance by the Foxes, even without Jamie Vardy leading the line.

Afterwards, we turn our attention to the deadline day activity as Josh Maja arrived in SW6 and three players headed elsewhere on loan. Was it shrewd business? Or was it a late panic purchase by the Fulham hierarchy?

Finally, we look at the challenge an in-form West Ham will bring to the Cottage on Saturday, with three points desperately needed quickly if Parker’s men are to stay in the fight.
